Art Walk is a fun free event that I love attending. It takes place on the second Saturday of every month in Wynwood Art District in Miami, FL. I assume that the galleries are open almost all day but I'm a night owl so I like to get there around 7 pm.
When I arrive at Art Walk my first stop is usually the Food Trucks! I'll walk around like I'm interested in the different options but I'm a creature of habit so I always go to what I know is good, Mobstah Lobstah!

Mobstah Lobstah |
Mobstah Lobstah is a seafood truck, they have a large variety of foods and I would love to start trying some of the other options but as you can imagine this creature of habit sticks to one thing..

Shrimp Tacos |
Shrimp Tacos! Now I can't name every ingredient in these tacos but I know mango is one and I love mango! These tacos are just an explosion of awesome flavor on your taste buds, they get my stamp of approval.
Typically after I stuff my face at the food trucks I take a walk down the strip and check out some of the art in the different galleries and often times I catch a few live acts along the way..

To wrap up the evening Brickhouse is the norm for me but I'm an island girl and I've been hearing a lot about this new party Wyncarib located at 2380 NW 5th Ave so I decided to check it out and I was not disappointed. Wyncarib takes place the second Saturday of every month during Art Walk, ladies free all night and men free until 11. Last night they had live painting and if you enjoy reggae and soca like me this might be the spot for you!
Of course my night would not be complete without a picture of a Wynwood famous street quote.. Disregard my "There's no place like home" shoes! LOL
