I've become more health conscious over this passed year and that not only means what I eat (still working on giving up pork LOL) but what I use on my body as well. So I decided to give Tom's Toothpaste & Tom's Deodorant a try..

Tom's Toothpaste & Tom's Deodorant

For those of you who do not know, the aluminum in deodorant has been proven to cause cancer and as for toothpaste, anything that you can brush your teeth with but cannot swallow is definitely a red flag! TOO MUCH CHEMICALS! I heard about Tom's Toothpaste & Tom's Deodorant through one of my good friends because I was searching for a good alternative for a while and everyone knows its more expensive to be healthy. So when she told me the price wasn't bad and she liked it, I decided to check it out.

I purchased Tom's Toothpaste & Tom's Deodorant at Trader Joe's for $3.99 each so it was a dollar or two increase but what's $2 to live a longer life? 

I'm beginning to get used to the deodorant, no lie at first I didn't feel as fresh, I used to use stick deodorant so I was accustomed to the dry feel and this goes on wet. If you sit behind a desk and you're not really active like me at work this may be for you. If you are very active, you may need to continue your search. Personally I don't sweat much, only when I'm nervous and in case of that I like to walk with it so I can reapply. 

The toothpaste, I literally have no complaints. I usually get sweet mint gel but there's a few options to choose from. It smells good, tastes good and leaves my teeth sparkling white so I will definitely stick to it!
